Cantaloupe Slush

Another amazingly healthy treat!

Cantaloupe Slush
1 cantaloupe, rind removed and seeded
2 cups ice
6-8 medjool dates, pitted

Blend the ingredients together in a Vita-Mix or other high-powered blender until smooth.

Note: The same drink can be made with peaches or nectarines.

We only had 5 medjool dates on hand, so that's how many we used. It was great! The kids said they LOVED it. Abi said it tasted unhealthy. ha ha... I guess that meant it was REALLY GOOD! I can't wait to try it with peaches, I think that would be amazing. It was like having dessert for breakfast. YUMMY!!! I wish I would have taken a photo!
