As most of you know, we have been vegan for a while now, (vegan for ten weeks, vegetarians for over a year). My friend told me that I should post these green smiles. Here is part of our normal morning breakfast. Green smoothies. What's in it you may ask? Well... 1 cup of soymilk, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 banana, 1 lb. of spinach, and whatever fruit mommy has available. (This day it was fresh papaya.) Mmmm... Seriously, our kids LOVE them!
